Yes — while the Oklahoma Apiary Act Title 2 Section 3-125 says that a local government or municipality cannot restrict the establishment or maintenance of a honeybee hive, it does not necessarily state that an HOA cannot. You should check with your HOA’s rules before purchasing a hive.
